Cartons and boxes we manufacture

These are the categories we currently take on. Each one is produced to the size and finish your product needs.

In-house

Converting and finishing we handle ourselves

These six processes run in-house in Jaipur, along with spot UV, drip-off, embossing and foil stamping. Commercial offset printing is not one of them — it is coordinated through established specialised print partners.

  • Die Punching

    Cartons are cut from printed board to the required shape.

  • UV Coating

    A UV coating applied in-house for a glossier surface finish.

  • Aqueous Coating

    A water-based coating applied in-house, usually for a subtler finish than UV.

  • Lamination

    Film lamination applied in-house to protect the printed surface.

  • Folder Gluing

    Cartons folded and glued in-house so they arrive ready to erect and pack.

  • Carton Erection

    Cartons supplied erected where a packing line needs them ready to fill.

Production

How a job moves through production

Where offset printing is required, Shree Fine Arts coordinates production through established print partners. Die punching, UV and aqueous coating, lamination, folder gluing and carton erection are handled in-house.

We do not operate a commercial offset press. Being clear about which stages run in-house and which are coordinated with partners means you know exactly who is doing the work on your cartons.

    Printing, where required

    Commercial offset printing is coordinated through established print partners. We do not run that press ourselves.

  3. Step 3

    In-house converting and finishing

    Die punching, UV and aqueous coating, lamination, folder gluing and carton erection are all handled in-house.
