Die cutting and die punching are handled fully in-house by Shree Fine Arts. The process cuts carton shapes from printed board, and it is used across mono cartons, bakery boxes, food packaging, pizza boxes and other technically suitable folding-carton structures. Cartons can be die-cut to custom structures and shapes.

The process
What die cutting does
Die cutting — also called die punching — is the stage where the carton shape is cut from the printed board. It is what turns a printed sheet into a carton blank that can be glued, erected and filled.
Because it is handled in-house, the cut stage sits with the same team that handles coating, lamination, folder gluing and carton erection.

Cartons can be die-cut to custom structures and shapes rather than being limited to a fixed catalogue of sizes.

Where a suitable die is not already available, one can be produced for the production requirement.
