In-house

Erected in-house

Selected food-service formats are erected in-house from already die-cut blanks using dedicated carton-erecting equipment. For a busy counter or a packed delivery order, receiving the packaging ready to fill removes a manual folding step from the operation.

Three formats are confirmed for this: Boat trays, Meal boxes, Clamshell burger boxes. We do not claim machine erection for any other format.

Printing and finishing

Products may be supplied plain or printed. Printing is coordinated through established specialised print partners, while converting and finishing processes such as die punching, coating, lamination, folder gluing and carton erection are managed in-house by Shree Fine Arts.

For customised production, finishing options include UV, aqueous and water-resistant coating, matte and gloss lamination, spot UV, drip-off, embossing and foil stamping. Not all finishes suit every structure, so we confirm per format.

FAQs

Food-service packaging questions

Which formats are available from stock?
Boat trays and meal boxes are available as plain stock. Clamshell burger boxes are available in plain generic designs and printed generic designs. Selected food-packaging formats are available from stock, subject to current availability.
Do you erect any of these boxes in-house?
Yes. Boat trays, meal boxes and clamshell burger boxes are erected in-house from already die-cut blanks using dedicated carton-erecting equipment.
Are sandwich boxes or French-fries boxes erected in-house?
No. Those formats are not part of the confirmed machine-erected list, so we do not claim them here. They can still be quoted as cartons.
Can meal boxes be customised?
Yes. Customisation is available for made-to-order requirements. Depending on technical feasibility this can include custom dimensions, custom shapes, printing, branding, material selection and finishing.
What is the lead time for food-service packaging?
Custom production typically takes approximately 7–10 days depending on specifications. Stocked items can typically be dispatched within approximately one working day, subject to availability.
Why is no MOQ published for these formats?
MOQ varies substantially depending on size, structure, material, printing and production economics, so a single figure would be misleading. Contact us with your required size and quantity for production feasibility and pricing.
